Domestic Cleaning

Regular cleaning: (no more than a month between services)

Kitchen appliances, cabinetry exterior wipe down and benchtops and splash back wipe over.

Bathroom shower, basin, bath and toilet clean.

Floors throughout vacuumed and mopped (subject to accessibility).

Initial clean: $150 + GST | Additional Bathroom $60 + GST

Ongoing clean: $120 + GST | Additional Bathroom $45 + GST

Upfront discount:

At any time pay for 5 services and receive 5% off or 10 services with 10% off

Regular clients also receive $100 off when booking a bond clean

Inspection Clean: (Once off spruce up for a routine inspection)

Kitchen and bathroom are given a full clean (excluding cupboard interiors).

Fans and air conditioners dusted.

Windows cleaned (max 10, must be able to be accessed without moving furniture).

Spot clean of walls throughout (accessible areas only), cobwebs and skirtings dusted.

Floors throughout vacuumed and mopped (subject to accessibility).

$350 + GST | Additional Bathroom $80 + GST

Book this clean one month before a bond clean and receive $150 off the bond clean

Detail Clean:

Full Bathroom with detail shower cleaning $100 + GST

Full Kitchen with detail oven/stove/rangehood cleaning $150 + GST

Book both services together and receive $30 off.

*All cleaning services are based on a standard size house – larger houses require more time and may incur additional costs which would be discussed prior to service, or lack of time may result in a lesser quality service.

*All cleans are worked out with a set timeframe, if the condition of the areas to be cleaned is excessively dirty or in poor state, the end result may not be as good as expected.

*All cleaning services mentioned are subject to accessibility – furniture and/or clutter in the way may hinder our ability to clean an area properly.
